Ntbackup.exe application error |

After update Windows XP with SP2 and other required updates, the ntbackup.exe
application sends a application error, just when I try to select any folder
to be copied. The error is exactly the same as those refered in the Article
ID: 894390. This problem detected in Windows Server 2003 is fixed by applying
a patch sended via email by Microsoft support.
In my case there´s no any patch and the one created for W2k3 Server is not
applied to Win XP. So, I don't no what can I do.
Is there anyone who can help me.
P.S. I'm using a travan tape backup system.
