Hi,
I really dont get this...
What in godsname is the difference between an opteron and an athlon x2 ?
The opteron is supposed to be for enterprise/server stuff and the atlon x2
for desktop stuff...
What's the difference really ? ;)
I like super fast i/o to harddisk (many reads and many writes) just as well
;)
Are these enterprise processors supposed to be working at 100% non stop or
something ?
Do they have less multi media instructions or so ?
Do they have better i/o instructions ???
