I have a 60 GB hard that came installed in the computer I installed a second
hard drive bit I don't see it in my computer I want to store big files on the
secnd drive or acess it. What do I do?

Did you partition, format and assign it a drive letter in Disk Management?
Start|Run|diskmgmt.msc
