Restoring Differential Backup

Hi

I am running weekly normal and daily differential backups on my windows server 2003. I am able to successfully restore normal backup and can see reports generated by backup utility.

However, the backup utility doesn't show me any reports or log files for daily backups. Is it running my daily differential backup. If so how can I verify and restore it

Any help is appreciated
