I am tweaking video mode changing in svgalib. I have programmed this
method:
- wait for the v sync signal
- send a v sync signal for 0.02 seconds using the vga Feature Control
register
- convert signal to new video mode
- paint black image in video memory
- wait 2 seconds

Exists a better method?
