Hi
I have a a question about if it's possible to use storage server to store
unser's folders over the internet, for example, I have a central office and
a branch office, users in the branch office must connect to a server in the
central office via their browser, putting the ip or dns name of the storage
server, and then they are displayed al login panel where users put their
credentials, and then the user gets his quota where storing files.
Can I do this only with storage server? or with windows file browsing ?
thanks

You can do that with Web Distributed Authoring and Versioning (WebDAV - or
Web Folders.) This is superior to FTP in that you can take advantage of SSL
for security.

This is available on Storage Server.

As to quotas, depends on which Storage Server you have. All versions have
Disk Quotas (where you can assign quotas to users on a per volume basis) and
some have Directory Quotas (where you can set quota limits per folder but
not per user.) Verify with your OEM that Directory Quotas are an option of
your Storage Server first if that is what you are looking for.
