Norton AntiVirus says to remove it, but my computer can't find it! HOW DO I
GO ABOUT FINDING IT?? Suppose to be in C:/WINDOWS/Downloaded Program
Files/CpnMgr.dll. HOW do I locate it?

Try scanning for it with Norton in Safe mode. When you find, delete it.
