Spanned Volume Question

I recently had a system crash and had to re-install Windows XP from scratch.
Prior to the crash I had 4 internal drives configured like this:

Disk 0: Drive C

Disk 1/Disk 2/Disk 3: Spanned Volume - D drive

I just wanted to know if it is possible to get that spanned volume back.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try going into Disk Management and then IMPORT Foreign Disk
