Which interpolation method is better for a non uniform data grid with
complex numbers and Why?

First, interpolation of complex numbers:


http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trigonometric_interpolation

Then, interpolation on a nonuniform grid should be easy enough .. I think.
