Good mornin

We are using a windows 2000 server in addition to a DLT tape to make backups of the users directories. Some days ago, something was deleted by accident, I guess, because now, when the backup restore wizard is started, no media is available, we just see a grey checkbox next to "DLT". Thus, it seems that we have a pool of tapes from which we can recover nothing. Is there any way to circumvent this problem or, at least, make readable copies of the tapes
