I'm running Win 2K SP 4; when I open Windows Explorer, go to Tools>> Folder
Options >> File Types, the app searches for registered file types, but
doesn't seem to find any to produce a list. It just keeps on searching...
All other functions seem normal; file extensions are shown in the details
view of any folder, and file associations seem normal.

I've done virus scans using Norton & AVG, as well as Kasperksy Labs, and
found nothing.

Has anyone any thoughts?
