Some background:

Win2003sp1. I have a dedicated partition for users' directories on which
I've enabled quotas. All users' directories are their AD users names. I've
enabled quotas on this partition, but am not denying access if the users
exceed their limit.

Question\Problem:

If I look at the Quota Entries window, I notice three things:
1)Most users's directories appear properly - I can see how much they are
using, what percentage, etc...
2)I can see users's directories, but not what they are using - it shows
amount used as 0 bytes, but I've confirmed that they do have data in their
directories.
3)I don't see some users' directories at all.

I've tried adding new Quota entries for the missing users. This
successfully adds these users to the list, but it does not show the amount of
data they are using (again , I've confirmed there is data).

Any thought or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.
