Whenever I try to right click a file or shortcut I get an error "Error -
Cannot find resource DLL". It used to still work fine after displaying this
once (after system startup) but now it freezes most of windows so I have to
stop the explorer process and start it again. I do not have my 2000 disc as I
believe it got thrown away during a clear out (Doh!) and so trying to find a
repair utility on that doesn't help! Please come to my rescue!
