Please remember to change the subject of a thread when the subject
changes, especially for off-topic threads.

On the other hand, keep long wandering off-topic threads like "AMD to leave
x86 behind" (off-topic for weeks) with the same subject, so that the filter
continues to work, and only change the subject when you go on-topic
again ;-).
