Change Ntfs Journal issue |

Hello,
We have a win2k3 srv attached to storage also installed with DLM
(Hierarchal Storage Manger)software that moving files to remote storage to
be archived and retrieving to active storage.
All those changes are retrieved from Change Ntfs Journal by an agent using
win api and updated to specific application on the status of the files
(archived,local).
The issue is that its used to work and suddenly stopped updating the status
of files my question is Change Ntfs Journal have a dependency windows
service to work correctly.
