hi all,
i would like to get a deeper undestanding of EVRC. could you direct me
to some documents describing various parts of the standard, like bqiir
filtering (how and why), LPC analysis, etc.
i would like some educational stuff rather than just standard.
also, any good educational links on speech coding are very welcome
since i'm new to the area.
