FPGA Engineer In Need of Help |
|
|
Hi,
I am an FPGA Design Engineer that has just started a job dealing with
DSP applications on FPGAs. Can somebody recommend a book I can use as
a learning guide? I have not seen FFTs, FIRs, etc. since college and
have never implemented in FPGAs. PLEASE HELP!
Thanks. |

Here are a few links that provide references to good books
(Ray has several white papers on his site - don't forget to explore the rest
of his site)
http://www.andraka.com/bookstore.htm
(Rick Lyons book should give you a very good primer on basic DSP - FFTs,
FIRs etc)

DSP on FPGAs involves an interesting mixture of skills - be prepared for a
lot of reading and trial and error time.
Cheers
