I was wondering if someone could help. I have a recently purchased Dell Powervault NAS and the NAS Manager Web Interface was working out of the box and up until a few days ago but has now stopped working. When trying to connect to the NAS Manager either locally or remotely I get a script timeout error. Increasing the default script timeout in IIS has not solved the problem

I can connect to the Dell Open Manager Web Interface without a problem

The web service has some dependencies on other services (WMI for example).
You can check the event log and/or the services MMC to verify that
everything that should be starting, is starting.
