I'm getting the following error when i try to initialize a disk that resides
on a HP MSA 1000. I'm running Windows 2003 SP1. Nothing appears in the
system event logs. Can anyone help?

Logical Disk Manager
The operation did not complete. Check the system event log for more
information on the error.
