I am trying to copy files between two servers. If I do a xcopy, robocopy,
drag&drop, copy&paste TO the destination machine I get "access denied" errors
on certain files such as *.INF and *.PIF. The copy process completes fine if
I am copiing FROM the destination machine. If I change the file extensions I
experience no problems.

I want to be able to automate the copy process (with robocopy) FROM the
source machine as there are multiple destination servers that need the same
content.

Can someone tell me what the problem is with the direction of the file copy
and how to resolve the issue (if possible)?

It's very frustrating starting a 2 or 3 gig file copy over a WAN link
overnight just to come in in the morning to find out that only 10 meg has
been copied due to this error.

Thanks in advance
