I am interested in keeping older versions of Office and non-Office documents
so changes can be tracked. I would like users to be unable to change these
older files once saved. They would be forced to copy the document, make
changes, then save it as a new document with a new version number. Or is
there an easier way to do this? I am using Windows 2003 SBS.
