Does anyone know of a way of listing the share permissions on a set of
shared folderS. Preferrably in the same manner as the subinacl utility
will do for NTFS permissions.

Yes.
Using the corrected version of SubInAcl for tip 8530 in the 'Tips & Tricks' at http://www.jsifaq.com

If you have a shared named Zipnew on a computer named JSI009, them:

subinacl /share \\JSI009\Zipnew
