It is like that:
\frac{E_{b}}{N_{0}} > (2RM^{-1}(R))^{-1}
where R is code rate. The difficult thing is M, which is a integral
calculated by Monte Carlo method. I just cannot get it right...
Anyone could point to me any program (or a look-up table is also ok)
calculating this capacity? I think people working on channel coding may
have such a program/table at hand. Thanks.
