Hello, I am getting repeated error messages when running CHKDSK /V on my
WinXP Home SP2 system:

Detected minor inconsistencies on the drive. This is not a corruption.
CHKDSK is verifying security descriptors (stage 3 of 3)...
Cleaning up 1 unused index entries from index $SII of file 9.
Cleaning up 1 unused index entries from index $SDH of file 9.
Cleaning up 1 unused security descriptors.
Security descriptor verification completed.

This symptom is almost exactly the same as described in Microsoft Knowledge
Base Article 255008, BUT this article refers to a problem with Win2000, said
to have been fixed in Win2000 SP1.

I haven't been able to find any references to this sort of problem in WinXP.

Can anyone help out here?

Thanks
