My windows Xp recently encounter a critical error and it need to be reinstall in order for it to work. In order to avoid my personal data such as pictures,videos and such from being deleted, i had reinstall Windows Xp without reformatting the hard disk. However i found out that when i went to c:\document and settings there are two folder - Me and Me.Xp.
The folder Me is the one that contain my files i want to access while Me.Xp is the one that i just created during the setup. WHile Me.Xp can be access Me can't be access maybe because on the previous window installation i have put a password on the user Me.How do i bypass the restriction and access Me folder?
I have also notice that my hard disk total space is 10 Gb but i have calculated windows + program file only takes up 3 Gb so that means the rest of the 7 Gb is still inside Me folder right? Just that i can't access it
