Storm + brown out = I shut down and unplug.

After the storm, I boot up my computer, see the Windows XP home splash
screen, screen goes black, my mouse pops up and then...

LSASS.EXE - ACCESS DENIED

A process has requested access to an object, but has not been granted access
rights.

re- boot, repeat....HELP!!!
