Hello JL,

Sounds like your trying to copy ACL's. Try the xcopy /?
to get the proper parameter, which I think is 'o'

hi craig,

thx for reply. well actually i am not copying acl.
what i really need is check the permission of a
particular userid for all the folders on a volume.

ie, instead of right click folder -> properties and check
all users assigned to it, i need the reverse - all the
folders permission assigned to a ID.

hope i explain myself. thx
