Windows 2003 server std ed.
Click on Start / Search you get a box with blue strip on
left and no text. Box just sits there empty. Prosess
must be killed.

that is caused by a piece of spyware and possibly a virus in your system..
your best bet is to go to webroot.com and download spy sweeper trial . make
shure you get the updated definitions. restart your server in safe mode and
run the spy sweeper and antivirus, this ought to clear out the problem.
