VSSAdmin Unable to create a shadowcopy Event ID 7001 |

Has anyone seen this ? I have a file server with 2
volumes and each with shadowcopy enabled. The other
volume is generating copies fine. This volume generates
the error below. I have tried disabling and re-enabling
but it still does not work against this volume. Any
ideas ? Thanks in advance.
