I cannot create folders... |

I can't create folders, anywhere at all on my computer... the little menu in
the right-click where it says New> and then a bunch of other options, is
gone, what is wrong with my computer, or how do I bring that menu back? I've
never had this problem before.... |

Have you scanned for spyware/adware. They often hook into Explorer and
change the menus.
