I get an error:
Cannot find 'FILE://C:\ProgramFiles\CommonName\Toolbar\Newsbar.htm'

Can anyon etell me how to get rid of this annoying pop up error?

Probably in;

HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

I suspect that Mr. Patrick is suggesting that you look in

those two registry keys:
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
and either trace where newsbar.htm comes from to either
replace it or associate it with an application
OR
delete those run keys so it does not run anymore.
