I want to write the MFT in to the NTFS file system partition. Which position
should I write it?
Or I can write in any where? Just like 0x4000?

I think you need to refer to MSDN if you EVER need to know that (i.e.
developing some app).

It is usually considered that about one third into the partition is as
good a place as any. That way files build up initially both sides of it
until the disk is at a reasonable working level, with free space
maintained at the end
