Dynamic disk features of mirror and RAID-5 are only supported in Windows
Server editions on Windows Server 2000 and WIndows Server 2003.

Your answer is either wrong or incomplete... I have mirroring active on two
other like machines... I do not know what is different as I did not build
those.

His answer is complete and correct, see this MS Knowledge Base article:

http://support.microsoft.com/?id=314343

There is, however, third party software that supports software mirroring on
XP.

Best regards

I can agree to that XP Pro would be more complete if it included mirroring,
but it doesn't. His answer was complete, and that is what I wrote.

Now, how about som coffee, or other refreshments?

Best regards
