I have a disk that is formatted with RAW and when I attempt to open it, it
says it is not formatted. Is there a way to have Windows view that Data???

RAW implies a partition that has been created but *not* yet formatted.
Where did it come from? and how is it described if you go to Control
Panel - Admin Tools - Computer Management, select Disk Management and
look lower right for the graphic of the drive.
