File Encryption - Help!!

I had file encryption on My Documents. I backed up all my files and rebuilt
my PC. I have restored my files, but I can't access them. Please help!!

If you backed up your encryption certificates, then you need to recover
them fro the backup - see the topic in Help and Support. If you did
not, they are irretrievable; that encryption is super strong
