Previously during my undergrad years at India, I was a research trainee
at WARAN Research Foundation (WARFT - www.warfindia.org).
I was primarily working on High Performance Architectures and was part
of core design team that developed the "Memory In
Processor-Supercomputer On a Chip". The MIP chip is a cellular chip that
overcomes the Von-Neumann bottleneck by achieving a fine-grain
integration of logic and memory, and employs distributed control and
structured design to achieve massive parallelism on-chip. (I would
refer u to our publications in workshops at MEDEA,PACT 2003
http://garga.iet.unipi.it/medea03/big1.htm and ACM SIGARCH NEWS
http://portal.acm.org/citation.cfm?id=1024295.1024298
or further information on this project).

I would appreciate if all of u guys took a look and say what u think of
this design and we i think came up with SCOC name long before IBM did.
almost a year and 1/2 earlier. We project a TeraFlop/s performance

I can see that you have specifically defined the name as MIPs and
nowhere could I see the SCOC name though it has been mentioned that
computation on a supercomputing scale can be done.

Dear Neo

if u wuld care to take a look at Section VI 3rd paragraph. U wuld see
that we define the term SCOC on page 25. Anyway besides the name what do
u think of the architecture. I was hoping for a more elaborate critic
than just the name.

Well, I thought you had some issues with the usage of name SCOC. I dont
have access to acm portal to go through your publication.
