Yeah, he must have mixed up clock generator (which acts as you do) and
the clock divider that takes the highspeed keyboard clock input and
divides it by a variable amount to make it slow enough for the CPU.

That's why people who overclock their PCs find it hard to type English - they press
the right keys but it but it C0M3S OU7 A11 WR0NG!111!!! because of the keyboard
clock running to0 fast.
