Hi,

It is ZIGBEE. Look into www.zigbee.org for more info.
To become member of ZIGBEE alliance you/company need to
pay fees. You then can access all network/application/ZDO
specs.

One good company Chipcon works on SOC of ZIGBEE.

You can look into IEEE.802.15.4 spec for ZIBEE MAC/PHY layers.
There are books also - Check with AMAZON and hit ZIGBEE.
