Sharing would be easier if Conference, Location and Year would be mentioned.

I don't know if it is "the" document you are looking for, but Texas
Instruments has application notes on this. See
http://focus.ti.com/docs/toolsw/folders/print/sprc179.html.

I'm pretty sure Motorola has some as well.
