How can I go from an image file to an vector based file?
I have got an image and I want to be able to open in in autocad and work
with it.

Is het mogelijk om van een image (tiff-bestand) naar een tekening (dwg)
met herkenbare losse lijntjes te gaan.

ik wil dus van een digitale image naar een vector based bestand!!
zodat ik deze kan bewerken in autocad.

Did you try a web search? I see dozens of programs and services that
do this. Is there a reason that you think all of these programs aren't
what you want?
