Hi,
I am looking for a norm specifying the space between computers in a single
room. A room (let's say 16 square meters) is supposed to have the maximum
number of workstations.
Is there any RFC about this issue?

Take whatever distance your boss says, and multiply it by 3.

But seriously. There is some authentic info here
http://www.flinders.edu.au/ohsw/Ergobook/EB-Office_layout.html#space%20per%20person
" if the main part of the person's work is performed at a work station
and the person is required to stand or sit in the same place at that
work station for a substantial period of time, then-
(a) if the work is carried out at a desk (other than a desk
situated in a
cashier's booth or compartment)-a minimum of three square metres of
working space must be provided"

and a fairly detailed discussion at
http://www.ccohs.ca/oshanswers/ergonomics/office/working_space.html
