Anyone know of any FREE iSCSI target software.... I'm aware of
rocketdivision/stringbean.... seems to be lots of open source for other OS's
and Netware 6.5 comes with target software :(

Hi Stu,

Have you considered moving your large storage media to a
linux/Solaris/similar machine and using:

http://sourceforge.net/projects/iscsitarget

I was really looking for a Windows solution, but I'll have a nose at your
suggestion. I haven't touched any flavour of *nix for 10 years since SVR4 on
ICL DRS6000's, so it should be funny to see how I get on :)

By the way although RocketDivision's StarWind is commercial product the
provide non-profit organizations with the free licenses (our universit
got one). In fact some time ago home users could get it for free a
well. Not sure how it is now. Just FYI.
