mapping webdav folder to network drive using https fails |

Hi,
we use an application that can only store files via "drive letter" like F:\
We will now store the files on a web folder (WebDAV) hostet on a windows
server 2003 machine with IIS6. We can access the web folder from a windows xp
sp2 machine with windows explorer with https://server/webdavfolder.
To use the web folder from our application, we tried to map a network drive
to the web folder. Mapping with http://server/webdavfolder works, but when we
map with https, the following error occurs:
The network path https://server/webdavfolder could not be found.
