We have two 1.4 TB HP NAS 2000s servers for use in a consolidation project.
The total data to consolidate in around 900 GB. The goal is to have each NAS
server host identical data and have clients directed to the closest server
based on AD site membership. I understand that Windows Server 2003 DFS is
not suitable for this amount of data. What I am looking for is suggestions
on how to keep this data in sync as changes are made so that clients will
always have the most recent copy of the data no matter which NAS server they
get redirected to.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Thanks

J
