Hi! I have an old piece of scientific equipment that connects to my
ancient computer via an ISA card. I need a new computer, but cannot
replace my piece of equipment. Does anyone know if there is a product
that acts as an ISA slot, but connects to a modern computer with a
modern connection such as USB, etc? Thanks! Any modification ideas
welcome, as well!

This isn't the appropriate forum for this sort of inquiry, but a quick
search with "USB to ISA" brings up a bunch of sites. Just to make sure
they were the "right stuff" I looked at one solution and it seems to be
sorta what you want. I know nothing about the widget or company and I
dunno about interrupts/DMA or other such, but it's a start:
