MATLAB Link for Code Composer Studio Development Tools |

Hi
I am experimenting through MATLAB help, to make a direct MATLAB Link
for Code Composer Studio.
But I find the ERROR Like:
??? Error using ==> ccsdsp
Error using ==> ccsdsp
Unexpected exception
Error in ==> D:\MATLAB6P5\toolbox\ccslink\ccsdemos\ccstutorial.m
On line 108 ==> cc=ccsdsp('boardnum',boardNum,'procnum',procNum)
to run a demo code of MATLAB.
My MATLAB Platform.
MATLAB 6.5
MATLAB Link for Code Composer Studio(tm) 1.0
Signal Processing Toolbox 6.0
and
DSP Platform
TMS320C6711 DSK
Code Composer Studio CCS DSK C6000 1.23
Can you plz tell me that what is heppend and what I have to do to
solved this problem?
