An FYI for whom it may concern, Geoff Courtright or Jeff Fox said
elsewhere within c.l.f. he had been working on smp mpp forth, sort of,
for x number of years. Although, official, I informed Washington in
96' , my, sort of , mostly started in the mid eighties.( I have
actively studied the design of hardware microprocessors for application
usage in computerized library science, indexing, ( later, fuzzy logic)
and CYC, since high school daze, 1981, Computerized Farmer Information
Systems, 1982 thru 1984.)
FORTH was introduced to my in 1985, originally, as a portable way of
threading together subrutines. My friend's new friend was Mr. Moore. My
friend told me about his interests in Mr. Moore's data glove work. (
ten years later, while studying to become a computerized graphics
artists, he tragically died from carbon monoxied posioning, where he
closed the windows of his hunting trailer with the propane heater on,
one cold evening.)
Simply, SMP MPP multiple stack machine architecture is a direct
research result of CYC efficient hardware, mostly started in the mid
eighties.
If your interested in the origins of my /holy grail/ architecture,
hypothetically. |
