Hi,

I'm trying to write a simple application in .NET which queries the disk
quota on the local machine. I'm using the dskquota.dll COM object.

I've enabled quotas, and when I run the application as an administrator it
works fine, but as a regular user I get access denied trying to initialize
the object, even though I told it only to do read-only. Are there
permissions I need to grant that aren't normally granted?

The machine I'm running this on is XP SP2.
