Hi all,

I must say that I am new to Legato...

I have a problem in our backup system. From some days on, one of the clients is performing full backups every night, saying something like that it can not be found any previous backup, so it does a full backup.

When I try to browse the indexes in the INDEX label of the Administrator it gives me a message saying that "No save sets were found for client: *****" even if in the column SIZE, it appears to have 1068 MB for that client.

In fact, if I check in the /nsr/index/<client> folder for the indexes, it really updates with everydays copy, and updates the data, removing the data of the tapes reused due to our month-cicle.

The installation is Networker 6.11 on W2K server.

Probably is not information enough, but I don't know which other data should I provide...

Many thanks for any help from anybody....

There's a command-line utility called "nsrck" which you can use to check
your indexes for corruption.

Run "nsrck -F clientname" and then "nsrck -X clientname".
