How well would the USB 2.0 protocol scale to multiple storage arrays? If
you had four RAID cabinets, each with 3 TB of IDE RAID, that uplinked by USB
2.0 to a host, would the simultaneous use of the different arrays have
performance problems using USB 2.0 as the protocol / data bus? I'm not
referring to the bandwidth of the USB 2.0 bus; I'm more focused on whether
the protocol itself is just not well-suited for use by multiple high-speed
peripherals *simultaneously*.
